HP Launches the HP 10 Plus Tablet

Although HP is mostly known for its computers and printers, the company has been trying its hand at making tablets, too. Recently, it quietly launched a new Android tablet, called the HP 10 Plus, that comes with a 10.1” Full HD display and a 1GHz quad-core ARM Cortex A7 processor.

The processor will be backed by 2GB of DDR3L RAM, and the tablet will feature 16GB of built-in storage, that you’ll be able to expand via a microSD card. The HP 10 Plus will also come with a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter, and it will be powered by a 7,700mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, you’ll get Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and USB 2.0 ports.

The HP 10 Plus will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat and will include an accelerometer, GPS, stereo and speakers. The tablet will cost $280, which is about 220 euros.
