Apple improved a number of things on its new phones, including their cameras, and today we are going to share with you a couple of tricks that will help you get the most out of your iPhone 6’s camera.
Don’s Skimp Out on the Filters
Instagram is one of the most popular photo sharing services, and it’s one of the top 10 social networks in the world. So why is it so popular? Mostly because of its smart filters that are really easy to use, but remember – you can use filters on your iPhone 6, too, without using Instagram or third-party apps. Perhaps you’re already familiar with the filter icon at the bottom of your phone’s screen, but it’s good to remind you that you can add filters to a photo after it’s been taken.
This is definitely one of the most exciting new features in iOS 8, so if your iPhone is running iOS 8 or a later iOS version, you should try this mode out. If you have an iPhone 6, then it would be a sin not to play with the timeplapse mode. Simply select this mode, and the camera will take a large number of images over a certain period of time. After you press stop, the photos will be put together into a timelapse movie. You can also have a lot of fun with the slow motion mode.
No Third-Party Apps Are Needed for Editing
Although there are a number of good apps for editing photos in the iTunes store, it’s more convenient to touch up your photos without actually leaving the Camera app. In your iPhone’s Camera app, you can change various parameters, such as exposure, highlights, contrast, saturation and more. Useful and easy!
